Meteorology, Education and Student Outreach (MESO)
MESO is a student-led organization at Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi dedicated to building a strong, active community around meteorology, education, and outreach. Our mission is to create a space where students can grow as scientists, communicators, and leaders while serving both the campus and the broader community.
Open to all students with an interest in weather and atmospheric science, MESO focuses on hands-on engagement, professional development, and meaningful involvement. From guest speakers and career discussions to outreach events, service projects, and social gatherings, we aim to connect classroom learning with real-world impact.
MESO is committed to maintaining an inclusive, supportive environment where members are encouraged to take initiative, collaborate, and contribute ideas. Our officers uphold high academic and professional standards, ensuring the organization remains active, organized, and focused on student success.
