Cloud geographical distribution Over Tropics , mean high level (10-14 km) cloud volume fraction is about 10.7%. Mean mid level (5-10 km) cloud volume fraction is about 9.9%. Mean low level (1-5 km) cloud volume fraction is about 11.2%.
